House Rules
-Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM -NO unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized. -NO parties or events permitted. -NO smoking of any kind inside the home. Extra cleaning fee of $100 will apply. -NO lighting of incense, candles or other flammable materials. -Wash your dishes after use and any other areas in the kitchen you dirtied. -If guests are found to have had a party, an extra cleaning fee of $100 will apply. -NO illegal drugs, hazardous materials or weapons of any kind allowed on the property. GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY IF SUSPECTED OR FOUND. -Noise level must be minimal after 10PM. Noise violation will result in police being called, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED AND SECURITY DEPOSIT RETAINED. -Late checkouts longer than 1 hour will be charged a fee of $10/hour. -If you book a stay on behalf of additional guests, you are required to ensure that every additional guest meets any requirements set by the Host, and is made aware of and agrees to these terms and conditions. The primary guest is held countable and liable for all actions of the non-registered guests. -Lastly, this is a home so please be respectful of the property, hosts and neighbors!
